These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the website located at xipiteca.com, applications associated with XIPITECA brands or products that direct the viewer or user to these Terms (collectively, the "Site"). In these Terms, the terms “Xipiteca,” “we,” and “us” refers to Xipiteca, Inc. and its respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
